Sharing 3 ways I incorporate vegetables into Alayna’s meals✨

  1. 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙨𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙫𝙚𝙜𝙜𝙞𝙚𝙨: I make my own sauce with spinach, tomato, pesto, carrot, zucchini or whatever I can find in my fridge. Tomato & spinach is a must for us.
  2. 𝙀𝙜𝙜𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙞 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙝: For this, I finely chop broccoli and spinach then mix it with her eggs for breakfast. She likes eggs and doesn’t complain as long as the eggs are firm and not mushy.
  3. 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙠: Alayna loves sweets. She can live on cookies, cakes and M&Ms. Luckily, she also likes chocolate milk. So, I usually blend sweet potato, avocado, cauliflower and/or spinach in it. She doesn’t complain 😉
