Sharing 3 ways I incorporate vegetables into Alayna’s meals✨
- 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙨𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙫𝙚𝙜𝙜𝙞𝙚𝙨: I make my own sauce with spinach, tomato, pesto, carrot, zucchini or whatever I can find in my fridge. Tomato & spinach is a must for us.
- 𝙀𝙜𝙜𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙞 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙝: For this, I finely chop broccoli and spinach then mix it with her eggs for breakfast. She likes eggs and doesn’t complain as long as the eggs are firm and not mushy.
- 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙈𝙞𝙡𝙠: Alayna loves sweets. She can live on cookies, cakes and M&Ms. Luckily, she also likes chocolate milk. So, I usually blend sweet potato, avocado, cauliflower and/or spinach in it. She doesn’t complain 😉
